Administrative professionals join from SelectHealth, Predictive Biotech
Valeo Home Health and Hospice, LLC, a Utah-based home health and hospice company, announce that Collin Swenson and Jenica Floyd have joined the company as executive team members in the roles of Vice President of Finance and Director of Human Resources, respectively.
Mr. Swenson will be responsible for organizing, evaluating and executing company budgets, as well as monitoring current and projected financials and providing valuable input with regards to quality care in a fiscally responsible manner. Mrs. Floyd will oversee the hiring and onboarding of Valeo employees, and work to further develop policies, procedures, and processes to assist in the successful integration of new employees as the company continues to grow. Maintaining the positive, employee centered culture Valeo is known for will be paramount for her role.
Prior to joining Valeo Home Health and Hospice, Mr. Swenson served as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at SelectHealth, the insurance division of Intermountain Healthcare. There, he led a department of five different financial planners and analysts and data analytics teams. Mr. Swenson graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Finance and received an MBA from Northwestern University
Mrs. Floyd worked as a Director of Human Resources at Predictive Biotech, where she hired and trained employees across the company. Prior, she was in human resources with Nelson Laboratories for over sixteen years. Mrs. Floyd graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Human Resources Management.
